CE 21 Refund Policy
A. A participant may request a refund for a registered CE Activity, if requested in writing and e-mailed to contact@thencpc.com up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event. The refund amount will equal the amount the requesting participant paid minus a $50 administration fee.
B. In the unlikely event the National Cooperative Parenting Center experiences circumstances, which require a CE Activity to be cancelled or postponed the participant is eligible to choose one of the following:
- The participant may choose to attend a subsequent scheduled CE Activity of the same cost within one year from the date of the original CE offering.
- The participant may receive a full refund if a written request is e-mailed to contact@thencpc.com within 15 days of the original CE offering date.
